Important: By using Coopa AI, you agree to these terms. Files uploaded to the Arweave blockchain are permanent and cannot be deleted by anyone — including us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Coopa AI ("Service") at coopaassistant.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Coopa AI is a decentralized AI memory platform that allows users to:

Encrypt and permanently store personal files on the Arweave blockchain
Retrieve stored memories using natural language queries powered by Google Gemini AI
Connect a Web3 wallet (MetaMask) for identity and authentication
Integrate with Google Calendar and other productivity tools

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Wallet Authentication & Security

Access is provided through Web3 wallet authentication. You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
All activities that occur under your wallet address
Backing up your wallet credentials appropriately

We have no ability to recover your wallet, private keys, or encryption keys. Loss of your private key means permanent loss of access to your encrypted data.

5. Permanent Storage — Critical Notice

By uploading content to Coopa AI, you acknowledge that:

Files uploaded to the Arweave blockchain are permanently stored and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else
While your files are encrypted and unreadable without your private key, the encrypted data remains on the blockchain permanently
You are solely responsible for ensuring uploaded content complies with all applicable laws
Do not upload content you may wish to remove in the future

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt unauthorized access to other users' data, generate harmful content via the AI assistant, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or disrupts the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload. The Coopa AI platform, design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of the CoopaAI team and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with Google Gemini API, Arweave network, Polygon blockchain, and Google Calendar. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of those providers. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Blockchain networks and third-party APIs are outside our direct control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coopa AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or loss of access to blockchain-stored content resulting from loss of your private keys.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms. Termination does not result in deletion of data already stored on the Arweave blockchain.
